For the second time after 2014, Austria won the PIPA Snow Polo World Cup Tour. The team with playing captain Uwe Seebacher, Klarina Pichler, Benjamin Polledo and Benjamin Darroux showed high level polo and made it in the end two points ahead of England with playing captain and crowd pleaser Tim Ward.
As part of the global roll out of the PIPA Polo World Series, in 2016 the first pilot event for the PIPA Ladies Polo World Cup on Snow is taking place at the Gastein Snow Arena from February 19 – 21. The field will be 30 x 70 meters. During the next weeks the Executive Board will decide about the number of players per team (2 or 3).
