Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 – what seemed to be a usual day at the ending of summer has become one of the greatest days in Austrian polo history! On this day, the 1st Austrian Polo Pony was born at our Poloclub and School at Kumberg/Graz, Austria. The little guy is in good health and already a star at our poloclub.
It is September now, more than half of 2017 is already over. So it is time for you to start playing polo or deepen your skills until the arena polo and snow polo season starts! Until the end of the year we offer Polo Courses and Polo Tryout-Days at our Poloclub at Kumberg/Graz. In this blog post we have an update about free places at our courses. Today ended a great polo week at our polo school at Kumberg bei Graz. Coached by our polo teacher and Snow Polo World Cup participant Gudrun, a Polo Kids Camp from Monday to Thursday and two Polo Tryout-Days took place. In addition, the biggest Styrian Newspaper Kleine Zeitung visited our poloclub and will publish an article about us next Tuesday!

After the Spark7 & Knax Klub Kids Polo Day, the Entrepreneurs Polo Day and our regular polo courses, we continued playing as much polo as possible. It is another big milestone for Austrian polo: A Quechua offers special polo courses for students of all Styrian Universities, in cooperation with the Polo Instructors and Players Association and the Sports Institute of the University (USI). The course will take place in October at the A Quechua Polo School Kumberg/Graz, Austria. The two days polo course will be held by A Quechua CEO and two times Snow Polo World Champion
On June 18th A Quechua and the renowned newspaper ‚Steirische Wirtschaft‘ invited for the Entrepreneurs Polo Day 2017. Having wonderful weather we could welcome entrepreneurs from the entire country of Styria awaiting a fascinating day of polo. At the end of the day, everyone could already sit on the polo pony and make his or hers first swings on the polo field!
On June 17th, A Quechua, Knax Club and Spark7 invited for the Polo Kids Day 2017 at our poloschool at Kumberg/Graz, Austria. Many kids and teens from 6 to 14 years followed the invitation and could enjoy a great day playing polo and having fun.

While this weekend our lovely polo ponies can relax and fill up their batteries, the action starts on June 17th with the Kids & Teens Polo Tryout Day, followed by a polo day for entrepreneurs and managers and a polo beginners course. All courses and tryout-days will be guided by the two times Snow Polo World Champion Uwe Seebacher.
