The Austrian Arena Polo Open 2016 take place from Ocotber 6th – 9th at Arena Nova Wiener Neustadt. The Tournament
The Austrian Arena Polo Open 2016 will be played as a Mixed tournament from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th October. The international teams will consist of 2 players each and face each other in a “Round Robin”-system. All teams will play against each other.
In addition to the Mixed tournament, PIPA is helding the Austrian Arena Youth Cup, an Arena Polo tournament for kids and teens. 3 international teams will compete for the youth title and try to show their skills in the arena. Umpire of both tournaments will be PIPA President and Arena Polo Expert Dr. Uwe Seebacher.

Kelz: “After an intense grass polo season I need now again to focus on the winter season and the small field. The PIPA LADIES ON SNOW POLO SERIES is of course the winter highlight and my ladies team wants to get in the top 3 ranks this year!”
TEAM HAPPY HORSE: M. Polan | Lenka Polanova
PIPA president and A Quechua CEO Seebacher: “Marek (editorial note: Polan) recently got his new handicap 0, which means that in arena he is now playing a 1 and he incredibly improved his game. Also his team play with Lenka is working better and better and I think we will see a strong Czech team!”
TEAM AUSTRIA TREND HOTEL: R. Lelek | G.Bauer/ Y.Halden
Most sympathetic Rene Lelek will play with the very talented Austrian Polo Ladies Gudrun Bauer and Yvonne Halden. Due to the high potential of each player it can be expected that this team will play very fast polo and win the one or the other game.
